Hoefler Consulting Group is pleased to announce our acquisition by SLR Management Ltd., a U.K. based environmental consultancy with its U.S. operations based in Washington. SLR has 900 employees in 60 offices around the world, with over a third of them working from 25 offices in the U.S. and Canada. Key areas of SLR’s business are the energy and mining sector where it is involved with both the oil and gas industry and renewable power including wind, energy-from-waste, hydropower and biomass. SLR is the leading consultant to the waste management industry in Europe and undertakes a significant amount of planning and environmental impact assessment work for major commercial developers. Having recently completed the acquisition of Heggies, a 140 person environmental consultancy in Australia, the SLR Group is well positioned to expand our technical expertise across North America, Europe and Australia.
